While developing the Assanti Spa & Resort, Reveal Studio was asked to develop ideas to renovate an existing retail building. The prominent location of the building at the end of a major walking street blocked views to Avalon Cove. The design challenge was to create a new building with an elevated viewing deck and glass walls at street level to allow view of the boats and ocean from the street through the shops.
