Economic Opportunity Zone Projects
An Economic Opportunity Zone (EOZ) is an economically-distressed community where private investments, under certain conditions, may be eligible for capital gain tax incentives. Opportunity Zones were created to stimulate economic development and job creation, by incentivizing long-term investments in low-income neighborhoods.
There are more than 8,760 designated Qualified Opportunity Zones located in all 50 States, the District of Columbia, and five United States territories. Click here to learn more about Economic Opportunity Zones.
Reveal Studio, Inc. is working on several projects for communities in the Economic Opportunity Zone counties. Profiled below is a Community Center currently in design. For more information about our work in the EOZ, please contact Heidi Hirsch at email@example.com. The EOZ is an important step in revitalizing towns and cities all across the United State that have been hit with a decline in prosperity. It is our mission to address and support that effort through architecture.
