While owned solely by the Denomination and predominantly occupied by the same, there is little or no identification of that organization, and little if any redeeming qualities of the look of the overall building. In examination of its visibility in the community, the solution was to remove the existing precast panels and replace them with glass treated similarly to the Promise bookstore. In addition, each side of the tower would display a Modern 2-Story-by-2-story “stained glass” image of one of the four icons that represent the philosophy of the organization. Light change from daylight to interior office-light throughout the day and night will give this tower, the neighborhood and the City a new icon.
