Squirrel house

The owner of a music summer camp asked for a “house for a squirrels” that had burrowed under a dorm, rather than exterminating them. The concept was developed as a “tree house” with two separate chambers attached to the structural frame. To add levity to the concept and in the spirit of squirrelly musicians, the skinny one is the Chuck (Berry) house and the larger one is the Elvis house. Landing platforms allow the squirrels to come and go as they please from the adjacent tree canopy. Removable floors and the scooped bottom floor allow for easy cleaning and vented panels keep the houses fresh.
