Wasco, California Dull 1960’s strip mall on a small hiway between Bakersfield, Ca and the coast. Developer and City wanted to recreate the look to draw in “drive by” traffic Design Concept: create a “town square” , and to break down the façade from one long boring span to a variety of fresh individual shop facades.
